LUNCH ENTREES: (Order at the time of lunch – no advance orders necessary)

 New York Steak Salad:  Grilled NY Strip Steak over a bed of mixed greens with Balsamic Vinaigrette, Tomatoes, Maytag Blue Cheese, Toasted Pecans and Corn Relish.

 Shrimp and Crab Scampi:  Rock Shrimp and Crab Meat sautéed with Tomatoes and Green Onions served over Angel Hair Pasta.

 Prime Rib:  8 oz Slow Roasted Prime Rib Cooked to Perfection.

 Devil’s Advocate:  Pepper Jack Stuffed Jumbo Shrimp wrapped in Applewood smoked Bacon and grilled in Chipotle Hickory Sauce.

 Fresh Grilled Salmon:  8 oz Grilled Salmon with Pecan Tartar Sauce.

Vegetarian Entrée Available Upon Request

 Garlic Smashed Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables

Will Accompany all Lunch Entrees.

 Dessert:  Chocolate Mousse Cake, New York Style Cheesecake, or Crème Brulee.
